We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent part-time position with set rostered hours for someone who knows retail, works well without supervision, and takes pride in their job.
Hours and Availability
Set rostered hours, with the security of a permanent part-time position
Varying shifts across weekdays.
Shift times vary according to the store's trading hours
Availability across a range of days and times is essential
What You Will Be Doing
Delivering friendly, helpful service and handling customer questions and returns
Operating the register and processing sales, refunds and exchanges on our POS system
Receiving stock, replenishing shelves and maintaining product presentation
Setting up promotions, ticketing and planogram changes as directed
Supporting the Shift Supervisor and helping other team members
Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
Following work health and safety procedures
What We Are Looking For
Reliability: turning up on time for every rostered shift




Sound cash handling and basic computer skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and keep busy without direction
A calm, practical approach with customers and team members
Ability to be on your feet for a full shift and to lift and move stock safely
Pay and Conditions
Award rates apply under the General Retail Industry Award.
Penalty rates and overtime where they apply
