Minimum $242,000 per annum including super C12 accredited ICU with CICM and ANZCA recognised training Exposure across medical, surgical, cardiac, orthopaedic and neurosurgical critic An exciting chance is available for an ICU Registrar to join an experienced private critical care team across two Adelaide hospital sites.
You'll work alongside experienced Intensivists, highly skilled ICU nurses and multidisciplinary teams, caring for a broad mix of complex medical and surgical patients.
The role offers strong exposure to specialist critical care and a supportive environment for doctors looking to progress their careers.
About the role: Provide onsite medical care, assessment and coordination of ICU and HDU patients Manage critically ill medical and surgical patients Coordinate ICU admissions and discharges Participate in after-hours and on-call commitments Work collaboratively with Intensivists and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior staff To be successful, you'll have: PGY3 or above Minimum 6 months' ICU experience Minimum 12 months' anaesthetic training prior to commencement Appropriate medical qualifications Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for full registration within 12 months Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills International Medical Graduates are welcome to apply, including doctors from Competent Authority countries and comparable healthcare systems.
