Job Description
As one of our Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partner) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Kangaroo Point.
Applicants must be available to work the roster assigned to the role they are applying for.
Full Australian working rights are required.

Things that work for us:
Availability to commit to the roster as per above
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must not be in Bridging visa
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow card is mandatory.
