We're looking for skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our growing team!
You'll work on a range of heavy equipment both in the workshop and across local sites.
With the option of either casual flexibility or full time security .
Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie.

✅ Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture ✅ Opportunities for long-term career development ✅ Access to ongoing training and upskilling Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant Maintain accurate service records and documentation Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals What You'll Need: Trade Qualified Fitter (Australian recognised) Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills C Class Driver's Licence (HR desirable) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening A team-first attitude and commitment to safety Local Work.
