About the Position: Reporting to the Project Manager, the Step-In Supervisor will provide short-term supervisory support on a civil construction project in Karratha.
You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety requirements, and support the successful delivery of project works during the assignment period.
Key Responsibilities: · Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site · Coordinate workforce and subcontractor operations · Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards · Conduct pre-start meetings and safety communications · Monitor work progress and provide updates to project management · Identify and manage workplace risks and hazards · Support site productivity and project delivery outcomes · Maintain a safe and effective work setting for all personnel · Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met Skills and Experience:
