Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Culture Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the People Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and people administration across our airport lounge operations.
The position is a full time onsite role in the Sydney International Domestic Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other people-related documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new team members.
Assist with employee relations matters and provide general HR advice in line with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate training programs and compliance requirements.
Support performance review, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
Assist with workers compensation, return-to-work programs, and WHS administration.
Coordinate uniform for all new employees joining the business Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the People Culture team.
Qualifications To be successful in this role,



you will be a proactive and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
You will bring: Experience in a Human Resources, People Culture, Recruitment, or Administration role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using HR systems (desirable).
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or currently working towards one.
A genuine passion for people, workplace culture, and supporting team members throughout their employment journey.
