Their team includes product and engineering experts with practical, hands-on air conditioning, commercial refrigeration and industrial refrigeration knowledge to guide your selections and project needs.
What You Will Be Doing They are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer/Warehouse Storeperson based out of their Bowen Hills warehouse.
This is a long-term position with an ASAP start, working from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Your duties will include; Accurately quote and process sales orders in a timely and professional manner Ensure orders align with customer requirements, inventory availability, and pricing guidelines Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery Contribute to the achievement of budgeted revenue and margin targets by proactively promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities Perform operational and warehousing tasks; including inventory management, stock replenishment,



and organizing merchandise displays Operate the forklift when required What You Will Need Drivers Licence + reliable transport Forklift licence and experience (desirable not essential) Previous warehouse experience Customer service experience Previous experience using computer systems Physically fit Ability to pass a D A screening What's In It For You?
