Job description Growing Brisbane Construction Company | Wacol Bring designs to life and help deliver quality residential projects across Southeast Queensland.
Our client is a growing construction business with a strong reputation for delivering new-builds, extensions and renovation projects throughout Southeast Queensland.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Draftsperson to join the drafting and design team and play a key role in supporting project delivery from concept through to construction.
Working closely with the project team and directly with clients, you'll prepare detailed drawings and renders for a range of building projects.
This is an opportunity to work across diverse developments while contributing to a team-oriented and growing business.

Key Responsibilities Develop residential and commercial drawings Manage drawing revisions and updates Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards Provide updates directly to the client and internal teams Assist with approvals and submissions Maintain accurate project records About You You may be a current student or graduate in Building Design, Drafting or a related discipline (or working towards) Proficiency using AutoCAD, Revit or similar software Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC),
QLD Building Regulations and residential design requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Effective communication and stakeholder management skills If you're an experienced Draftsperson or just starting out in your drafting career and looking to join a growing construction business where your work will directly influence project outcomes, we'd like to hear from you.
