We are currently seeking a Site-Based Contracts Administrator / Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded Tier 2 builder.
The builder specialises in large-scale vertical construction, with projects ranging up to $200M and typically including high rise apartment developments of up to 50 levels.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will have a hands on role across both contract administration and project coordination.
Your responsibilities will include: Contract administration across the project Managing subcontractor packages and variations Procurement and coordination of trades Supporting project delivery and site coordination Reviewing documentation,



progress claims and project costs Assisting with the successful delivery of a major high-rise residential development What's in it for you?
