Full-Time Chef – Indian Cuisine We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Chef specialising in Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes for bookings, catering orders, and walk-in customers.
Prepare and cook a variety of sauces, curries, and other Indian dishes.
Plan and contribute to menu development and seasonal menu planning.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, taste, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Monitor food quality and freshness and ensure appropriate storage and handling.
Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.




Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistent food quality and service standards.
Skills Experience Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience as a Chef.
Strong experience in Indian cuisine.
Experience working with a Tandoor is highly desirable.
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety requirements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Robust teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
