We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Manager and broader Leadership Team within a large WA organisation.
This is an immediate-start opportunity until the end of the year, with potential for extension.
You'll suit this role if you're highly organised, polished and confident supporting senior stakeholders in a busy workplace.
The Role: Provide high-level EA, secretarial and administrative support Manage diaries, appointments, correspondence and competing priorities Coordinate high-priority correspondence, briefing notes and executive papers Liaise confidently with senior executives, internal teams and external organisations Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences and executive meetings Prepare agendas,



minutes and action lists and follow up on key actions Assist with procurement, financial administration and general office support Coordinate training requirements for broader team About You: Proven experience as an EA/Senior Admin supporting senior management Confident working in a large, complex organisation with senior stakeholders Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of corporate systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities Please apply directly, shortlisting has already commenced.
