Key Responsibilities Facilitate high-quality group-based programs focused on life skills and wellbeing Deliver engaging, activity-based sessions that develop problem-solving and thinking skills Manage program scheduling and participant waitlists Track and report on participant progress as part of case management What You Bring / About You Qualification in community services, welfare or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience delivering group programs or training sessions Robust communication skills with a professional approach Ability to engage people with complex or challenging behaviours Highly organised with strong time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team This Role Requires Strong relationship-building with participants and staff A commitment to safety, structure, and professionalism Ability to obtain and maintain security police clearance Interested?

Company Overview Fulham Correctional Centre is the largest privately managed prison facility in rural Victoria, located in Fulham.
With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, the Centre manages a population of up to **** male prisoners, including an 84 bed Nalu Transition Community Program.
