About the Team When you join the Finance team, you'll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives.
The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.
Our Finance team are trusted advisors, working hand in hand with all facets of our organisation to drive excellence and innovation.

About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team and provide accurate and timely accounts payable and back-office processing.
In this role, you will manage creditor transactions, supplier payments and financial records while supporting month-end activities and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy transactional environment,



has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate and reliable financial processing.
Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions accurately and within required timeframes.
Coordinate supplier payments using online banking systems.
Maintain accurate vendor, creditor and financial records.
Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate outstanding or incorrect transactions.
Support month-end accounts payable processing and reconciliation activities.
Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
What do we want from you?
Significant experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or a similar transactional finance role.
Experience processing accounts for payment using computerised accounting systems.
Experience using online banking systems to process supplier payments.
Demonstrated experience reconciling supplier and outstanding accounts.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Strong communication and customer service skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information appropriately.
