Bowral, Southern Highlands | $8M+ Custom Home The Opportunity An established Sydney-based luxury residential builder is looking for a Site Manager / Foreman to lead the delivery of a $8M+ custom new build in the Southern Highlands.
This is an opportunity to take the lead on a high-end architectural project with a builder that has an established presence and strong repeat business throughout the Southern Highlands.
You'll have genuine ownership of the site, working with a high-calibre team of architects, consultants and specialist trades to deliver a premium home from the ground up.
The builder has a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects, so this role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values quality, professionalism and its people.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project from construction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers Coordinating the construction program and key milestones Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail Working closely with the Project Manager, client, architects and consultants Managing site logistics,



materials and sequencing Identifying and resolving construction issues Maintaining a safe, organised and professional site Ensuring the project is delivered to the highest possible standard About You We are ideally looking for someone with: 3-4+ years' experience running high-end custom residential projects Proven experience delivering custom homes from start to finish Experience on $6M+ residential projects highly regarded Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finish Strong communication and subcontractor management skills Experience working with architects, consultants and high-end clients Cert III in Carpentry Cert IV in Building Construction advantageous Solid organisational skills and the ability to take genuine ownership of a project If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply now or contact us for a confidential discussion.
