Job Description We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Sola Restaurant Bar, Deli Cafe and hotel pop-up venues.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and developing a high-performing team.
You'll take ownership of the restaurant and bar experience, driving service standards, team engagement and commercial performance.
What you'll be doing: Lead the daily operations of Sola Restaurant Bar, Deli Cafe and hotel pop-up venues Inspire, coach and develop the Food Beverage team Create memorable guest experiences and drive service excellence Manage guest feedback and confidently resolve service issues Oversee restaurant presentation, beverage service and compliance Manage stock, costs and daily operational requirements Work closely with Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 3 years experience leading a restaurant,



bar or Food Beverage operation Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people A genuine focus on guest experience and service excellence Robust knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations Commercial awareness and experience managing costs and budgets Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Experience with Micros, Opera and 7Rooms is highly desirable If you're ready to take ownership of a vibrant resort restaurant and bar, lead a passionate team and create exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
