We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Industrial Automation Engineer to support electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, and manufacturing process optimization. The role will involve working across electrical power distribution, PLC/SCADA systems, industrial networks, and factory improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems within industrial/factory environments.
Develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and SCADA control systems.
Configure and support industrial communication networks and automation systems.
Work with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Drive process capacity improvements, equipment efficiency, and factory optimization initiatives.
Troubleshoot electrical, automation, control, and network-related issues to minimize production downtime.
Support commissioning, testing, system upgrades, and integration of new equipment and production lines.
Review existing automation and electrical systems and recommend improvements for reliability, safety, and performance.
Ensure engineering activities comply with relevant electrical, safety, and industrial standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, system specifications, and project documentation.
Key Skills & Experience
Robust experience in industrial electrical infrastructure and power distribution.
Hands‐on experience with PLC and SCADA systems.
Experience with industrial automation and control systems integration.
Knowledge of industrial communication/networking protocols.
Experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or factory environments.
Proven experience in process improvement, capacity enhancement, and factory optimization.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with electrical, automation, maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
Preferred Background
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience working on industrial automation, manufacturing, or process control projects.
Experience with commissioning, system upgrades, and production‐line integration would be advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple engineering activities and work within production‐driven environments.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work onsite within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
