PF Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee the delivery of civil construction projects across the Sydney metropolitan area.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating labour, subcontractors and plant, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Plan and schedule labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Oversee excavation, earthworks, trenching, drainage, concrete works and underground service installations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards, project specifications and client requirements.
Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation, environmental requirements and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, suppliers and clients.
• Manage subcontractor performance and maintain quality workmanship.




• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project resources and assist in achieving budget objectives.
• Inspect completed works and coordinate rectification of defects where required.
• Mentor and supervise site personnel and promote a positive safety culture.
Essential Skills Experience • Minimum three years' experience in a civil construction supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
• Experience supervising excavation, drainage, underground services and concrete works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements.
• Current Drivers Licence Personal Attributes •Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
