Job Description :Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Growth Operations to drive strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects that improve growth and efficiency
Lead a team of Growth Enablement Managers to optimize end-to-end business processes for frontline teams
Leverage the Centers of Excellence in Growth Operations and work closely with Marketing teams to drive effective enablement and support key initiatives
Lead market prospect identification, track market triggers, plan campaigns with marketing, prioritize accounts, set goals, manage pipelines, and analyze win/loss data
Provide detailed analytics and insights to Lead Client Partners and Business Leaders regarding opportunities and risks, while supporting mitigation planning and governance
Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Apply problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and risks,



gain senior executive buy-in, and drive strong execution with a results-oriented approach
Education :Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Analytic
