Overview Gallagher Bassett (GB) is Australia and New Zealand's premier third party claims administrator.
We manage claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations.
We are part of the leading global risk management and insurance group Arthur J Gallagher Undertake human reviews of newly identified fraudulent claims and activity; Initiating referrals to the Fraud Technical Specialist and Management; Provide advice to Case Managers around identification and processes; Supporting broader business and risk initiatives and projects.
About you: You'll have extensive experience in workers compensation case management; Experience or exposure to fraud management and prevention would be advantageous, however interest in the space is a must!
Strong attention to detail and analytic skills; A team player who enjoys collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others; Exceptional time management and organisational skills; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.
