About the role
Settlement Box is seeking a
Branch Manager - Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer
to lead and manage our Bunbury office. This is a full-time position based in
Bunbury, WA ****.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of
conveyancing matters
.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the Bunbury branch office, overseeing day-to-day conveyancing
Supervise and mentor staff and support personnel, providing guidance on technical and professional matters
Handle complex conveyancing transactions for residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and professional standards applicable to conveyancing practice
Review and quality-assure conveyancing files and legal documentation prepared by team members
Maintain and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
Report to senior management on branch performance, challenges and opportunities
What we're looking for
Current Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer registration in Western Australia




Minimum 5-7 years' experience in conveyancing and property law practice
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, rural and industrial conveyancing transactions
Excellent understanding of land titles legislation and conveyancing procedures in Western Australia
Robust business development and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
Experience with Realtime Conveyancer, Pexa, Easy AML and Conveyancing conceirge (preferred)
Knowledge of risk management and compliance
