We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and detail-oriented Estimating Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the estimating and project planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing detailed and timely estimates for a variety of construction projects
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and material requirements
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure estimates meet deadlines and budget targets
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability information
Assist in compiling and submitting professional bid packages
Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed
Support the preparation of change orders and other project documentation
Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related correspondence
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be highly regarded, but not required.




1–2 years of experience in estimating or a related discipline would be highly regarded
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Solid understanding of construction materials and methods
