Our client is seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
to support a major banking client on a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
and
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
, with a particular focus on
HAM, SAM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping
.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex enterprise environment, helping to improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and asset governance across a large banking organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and ITAM modules.
Implement and support
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
and
Software Asset Management (SAM)
capabilities.
Develop and maintain a robust and accurate
Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
.
Implement and align solutions with the
Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
framework.
Configure and optimise
Discovery
and
Service Mapping
capabilities.
Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and custom ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders,



and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to solution design discussions and best-practice implementation approaches.
Strong experience as a
ServiceNow Developer
within enterprise environments.
Deep expertise across:
ServiceNow ITOM
ServiceNow ITAM
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM)
CMDB
CSDM
Discovery
Service Mapping
Solid ServiceNow scripting and platform development experience.
Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex, large-scale organisations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Mandatory Certifications
ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow
Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
Must be based in Australia.
