In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency in our clinic.Your leadership will be crucial in managing clinical operations, fostering a supportive team culture, and driving quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor,



and support a team of approximately 10 nursesManage daily nursing operations within a busy GP clinicOversee Chronic Disease Management programs and care plansEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governanceImplement infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocolsContribute to workforce planning, rostering, and nursing team developmentCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and team development.
You will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills necessary to influence positive patient outcomes.Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseCurrent CPR Certification and COVID-19 Vaccination statusPrevious experience in a senior nursing or leadership roleStrong knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcareExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of clinical governance and quality standardsSalary & BenefitsThis full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary package of up to $108,000, including performance incentives.
