We're partnering with a leading organisation to find a
Senior Business Analyst
with 5+ years of experience to support critical logistics projects across ANZ.
About the Role:
This is a
hybrid IT/business-facing role -
around 60% IT and 40% Business-which means we're looking for someone who can confidently translate tech talk into business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping transport and warehouse transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping current and future state processes.
Leading BA activities for
Transport Management Systems (TMS)
and
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
projects
Working with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, and external vendors
Creating
process flow diagrams
, business cases,



and functional documentation
Driving clarity on requirements, dependencies, and business impacts
What You'll Bring:
5+ years' experience as an
IT Business Analyst
, ideally within
logistics, transport, or supply chain
domains
Strong communication and facilitation skills-you're just as comfortable with developers as you are with warehouse managers
Experience working across both technical and operational teams
Proficiency in
business process modelling
, and translating business needs into system specs
Familiarity with
TMS/WMS platforms
and their role in up-to-date logistics
