Automic Group is seeking a Manager, Corporate Actions to own the end-to-end lifecycle for Fund Administration and Custody clients, including event capture, elections, entitlement processing and settlement.
You will work across middle and back office, coordinating with sub-custodians, market data providers and proxy agents to ensure deadlines are met.
You bring a finance or commerce degree and hands-on experience in corporate actions, with CAM and IBOR platforms, Bloomberg and advanced Excel.
