We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Mechanic/Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our busy Kalgoorlie Workshop. We are open to considering Mechanics/Fitters from all industries who are ready to contribute to our agile team.

Sandvik Mining

Service Technician – Kalgoorlie, WA

As a Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include performing Pre delivery (equipment preparations) inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a range of mining equipment and subcomponents. You will report to the Workshop Supervisor and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Roser: 8/6 roster, 12-hour shift

Your profile

- Relevant Trade Qualification (desired)
- Previous experience working on a variety of mining equipment (Sandvik equipment would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attitude with a strong work ethic and focus on safety
