JIVARO Recruitment is partnering with a well-loved Australian fashion and lifestyle retailer to appoint an experienced Call Centre Manager. You will lead the contact centre, own day-to-day operations and drive performance with a hands-on, customer-focused leadership approach.

Based on site in the inner suburbs, you will coach, develop and manage the team, optimise service levels, and ensure all customer interactions reflect the brand values.
