Current Opportunities Include:

Probate & Estate Administration Manage matters from commencement through to distribution, including Probate and Letters of Administration applications, asset realisation, estate payments and communication with executors and beneficiaries.

Wills & Estates Legal Assistant Provide high-level support to experienced Lawyers and Principals across Estate Planning,



Probate and the administration of complex estates.

Estate Litigation Legal Assistant Support practitioners working on complex and often high-value estate disputes, preparing court documentation, briefs, correspondence and managing critical deadlines.

Wills & Estates Paralegal Take on a more hands-on role with greater file responsibility, working across the progression and management of matters.

Senior Wills & Estates Legal Assistant / Probate Clerk For those who know the practice area inside out and want a role where their experience, judgement and ability to manage matters independently is genuinely valued.
