Are you a driven Project/Business Analyst looking to make a direct impact on large-scale enterprise transformation? We are seeking a talented Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) Business Analyst to join a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, map core processes, and drive key enhancements across financial management, data, reporting, and systems. You will play a vital part in improving cost transparency, financial governance, and strategic decision-making while fostering a culture that puts safety first.

What You Will Do:

- Capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into clear process maps, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the analysis and refinement of financial and project master data, including account code structures, mapping artifacts, and issue registers.
- Help develop and document financial management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for CAPEX/OPEX treatment and time-sheeting practices.
- Collaborate with Digital, Finance, and external partners to define and validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and data requirement solutions.
- Assist in building future-state financial reporting capabilities, report hierarchy mappings, and business enablement guidance tools.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst delivering finance, ERP, D365, or business transformation initiatives.




- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, business process mapping, and high-quality technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, project accounting, CAPEX/OPEX treatment, and enterprise reporting concepts.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between operational, technical, and executive groups.
