Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager WWW Industrial Automation to grow strategic industrial accounts, build executive-level customer relationships, and deliver innovative automation, electrification, and sustainability solutions that drive long-term business growth.

Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Create and execute account growth plans aligned with customer objectives.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and key operational personnel.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions across Industrial Automation and Energy Management portfolios.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective opportunity management.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for products, services, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, marketing, technical specialists, and customer support teams.
- Prepare and present solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to market intelligence and share customer insights with internal teams.

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven experience in solution sales within an industrial, manufacturing, automation, or related environment.
- Demonstrated success in Key Account Management and business development.
- Strong track record of selling to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities and sales pipelines through CRM systems.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, energy management solutions, or related industrial processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.

Qualifications Required

- Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Additional industry certifications or technical qualifications in automation, energy management, or industrial technologies will be highly regarded.
