Production Process Operators

We are looking for production process operators to be responsible for safe and efficient operation of our plant and equipment as part of our team.

Key Accountabilities:

- Operating the plant safely and efficiently
- Meeting production & quality targets
- Performing routine quality control tests
- Plant housekeeping & maintenance
- Ability to produce timely consistent and accurate analytical results
- Maintaining a safe work setting
- Managing bulk raw material deliveries and logistics contractors

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Able to progress through operator training manual within nominated timeframe
- Manage and prioritise own work with a high attention to detail
- Self starter with the ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems by applying standard procedures and practices.
- Experienced in SCADA or HMI operations
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern
- Recent Graduates will also be considered
