We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to help shape the future technology landscape and drive the delivery of a secure, resilient, and integrated digital ecosystem.

Job Description

This is an prospect for an experienced architect to influence enterprise-wide technology outcomes within a complex and evolving environment.

As part of a centralised Enterprise Architecture team, you will provide strategic architecture guidance across a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. You'll play a key role in simplifying complexity, reducing technical debt, improving architectural consistency, and ensuring technology investments align with long-term business and technology objectives.

You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partner organisations to design future-state solutions, identify risks and dependencies, and enable the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology services.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture outcomes across multiple strategic technology initiatives.
- Develop architecture strategies that align with organisational objectives and future-state technology direction.
- Drive technology rationalisation by reducing technical debt, eliminating redundancy, and simplifying enterprise architecture.
- Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across technology work programs.




- Define and maintain reference architectures, standards, design patterns, and technology blueprints.
- Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
- Support the transition toward modern cloud-based and scalable technology environments.
- Analyse business and technical requirements to inform architecture decisions and investment priorities.
- Promote innovation through the assessment of emerging technologies and intelligent automation opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across technical teams and external partners to enable cohesive technology delivery.
- Support enterprise resilience and operational maturity through strategic technology design and governance.

Education/Certifications Required

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Knowledge/Skills Required

- Demonstrated 7+ years of experience in system/platform technical design, software development, or system/platform administration.
- Strong experience delivering solution architecture outcomes within complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in systems design, architecture governance, and enterprise architecture principles.




- Proven ability to analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams within resource-constrained environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks and dependencies.
- Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously to achieve outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement.

- Systems Design (DESN) Level 5
