About the role
Lead the Administration Operations of a busy Outpatient Service, ensuring efficient clinic support, workforce coordination and exceptional customer service.
This role is responsible for overseeing administrative staff, managing workflows, supporting staff development and performance and ensuring services are delivered effectively to meet clinic demands.
The role works closely with clinicians, Medical Administration and key stakeholders to support specialist services, Medicare Billing compliance, provider credentialing, contracts and training initiatives. The position also plays a key role in monitoring outpatient revenue, maintaining data quality and implementing processes that support compliance along with maximising service performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong organisational, financial and stakeholder management skills, who is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare administration services.
