About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join an established talent acquisition team in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Group Manager, Workforce Resourcing & Recruitment, you'll take ownership of recruitment delivery for your designated portfolio, partnering closely with leaders to identify, attract and secure top talent.

This is a highly visible role where you'll provide expert recruitment advice, challenge thinking when required and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What You'll Do

- Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of qualified, technical and operational disciplines
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned to market conditions and business needs




- Create compelling job advertisements and candidate attraction campaigns
- Design interview and assessment processes aligned to role requirements
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates, providing informed recommendations to hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for business critical and high-volume roles
- Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining activities to support workforce planning
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate successful candidate onboarding transitions
- Analyse recruitment data and prepare insights, reporting and recommendations to support decision making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years experience as agency or internal recruiter
- Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines
- Strong sourcing skills, including proactive search and talent attraction methodologies
- Ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
