About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team that partners with the NSW Health Executives.
As a Senior HR Business Partner for Health Executive Services, you will:
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic workforce solutions, provide trusted advice,
and support executive recruitment and end to end employment services.
- Develop a deep understanding of executive workforce management and contribute to initiatives that influence outcomes across NSW Health.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and gain exposure to complex matters and senior-level decision-making.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen leadership capability and help shape the future of healthcare leadership across NSW.
- Expand your skills and professional networks while working alongside experienced People & Culture professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About you
You're a collaborative and solutions-focused people professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing outcomes, and delivering high-quality service.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience building productive partnerships and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, workforce policy, governance frameworks, and contemporary HR practices.
- Experience delivering executive recruitment or employment or workforce management services within a complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively at senior levels.
- Current knowledge of talent acquisition or workforce management.
