As Director of Nursing/Facility Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring your community has access to safe, high-quality healthcare close to home. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Proven leadership experience in complex healthcare environments, including workforce,



operational and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, change leadership skills.

You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Administration and/or Management, and experience leading services in rural or regional healthcare settings.
