As Director of Nursing/Facility Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring your community has access to safe, high-quality healthcare close to home. From leading service performance and workforce capability to strengthening partnerships and driving continuous improvement, you'll help create positive outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.

- Leading multidisciplinary teams deliver safe, effective and person-centred care across facilities.
- Guiding clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation activities that strengthen excellence.
- Building trusted relationships with staff, community members and key stakeholders to shape services that meet local needs.
- Managing resources, workforce priorities and operational planning to achieve sustainable service outcomes.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Proven leadership experience in complex healthcare environments, including workforce,
operational and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, change leadership skills.
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Administration and/or Management, and experience leading services in rural or regional healthcare settings.
Above all, you'll bring the values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.
