Business Analyst / Project Support Officer | Project Governance

Support requirements analysis, business process activities and project governance within a complex ICT delivery environment, contributing to planning, reporting, assurance and stakeholder coordination through to June 2027.

Location: Canberra / Sydney / Brisbane / Hobart / Coffs Harbour
Work Arrangement: Full time. Flexible work arrangements to be negotiated with the Director.
Contract Duration: ASAP to June 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks

- Undertake requirements analysis and maintain comprehensive requirements tracking.
- Support business process analysis, impact assessments, testing and business validation.
- Develop project plans, schedules, governance artefacts and project documentation.
- Prepare reporting and executive briefs, coordinate governance forums and maintain project registers.

Key Criteria

- Strong requirements analysis, traceability and business process mapping capability.
- Experience supporting project governance,



reporting and assurance activities.
- Clear written and verbal communication with solid attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile, PRINCE2 or P3, or digital health, interoperability or government ICT environments, is desirable.
