We’re partnering with a well-known, locally owned and operated Perth fashion business with an established boutique in Manning and a loyal customer following.
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor, connecting with customers and converting sales.
This is a senior sales role rather than a management position, making it an ideal chance for an experienced retailer who wants to focus on what they do best — delivering exceptional customer service, styling and selling.
About the Role: Working closely with the owners and an experienced, long-standing team, you’ll be a trusted senior presence within the boutique.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering personalised, exceptional customer service
- Building genuine relationships and creating loyal repeat customers
- Confidently opening and closing the store occassionally
- Styling customers and using your fashion knowledge to create the right look
- Understanding your customer and knowing when to listen, advise and sell
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Supporting your colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor
- Creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
About You:
You’ll be an experienced fashion retailer who:
- Genuinely loves to sell and takes pride in achieving strong sales results
- Is confident opening and closing a sale without being pushy
- Has a strong eye for styling, fashion and presentation
- Naturally builds rapport and creates lasting customer relationships
- Understands the value of repeat business and exceptional service
- Is mature, reliable and confident working within an experienced team
- Can naturally connect with an established and predominantly mature customer base
- Takes pride in the store environment and consistently high presentation standards
