Senior Account Manager | Shopper Marketing, Experiential & Brand Activation

We're partnering with a successful, fast-growing independent marketing agency looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their Sydney team.

Working across an exciting portfolio of leading global and Australian FMCG, drinks and lifestyle brands, you'll help develop and deliver integrated campaigns spanning shopper marketing, retail activation, experiential and promotions.

This is a great opportunity for an agency SAM who loves the pace and variety of integrated marketing, enjoys being close to their clients and wants to work within a genuinely supportive, collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

Owning and growing strong relationships across a portfolio of key clients

Taking briefs and leading projects from initial strategy and creative development through to execution

Providing strategic and creative input into shopper, retail, experiential and brand activation campaigns

Managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines and deliverables simultaneously

Working closely with creative, production and specialist partners to bring ideas to life

Leading client presentations and confidently selling in ideas and recommendations





Identifying opportunities to add value and grow existing client relationships

Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the account service team

Ensuring every campaign is delivered to an exceptional standard

About you:

You'll ideally bring 4+ years' agency account management experience, with a strong understanding of shopper marketing, experiential, retail activation or integrated brand campaigns.

You're confident with clients, commercially minded and highly organised, but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

Most importantly, you're a collaborative, positive person who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and wants to contribute to the continued growth of an independent agency.
