Our client is an established and respected name within the luxury jewellery industry, seeking an experienced Repairs & Production Coordinator to join their Subiaco team.
This is a unique opportunity for a jewellery professional who enjoys working across both the technical and administrative side of the industry. You’ll play an important role in coordinating repairs, workshop requirements, inventory and service requests, working closely with clients, boutiques, suppliers and experienced jewellers.
Your existing jewellery knowledge will be valued, with the opportunity to further develop your understanding across repairs, pearls, production, gemstones and workshop operations.
This is a permanent full-time Monday–Friday position, working 7.00am–3.30pm.
About the Role Working as part of a small and collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating jewellery repairs from initial service request through to completion
- Liaising with clients, boutiques, suppliers and the workshop to ensure repairs progress smoothly
- Using your jewellery knowledge to understand repair requirements and assist with appropriate service recommendations
- Preparing quotes and processing invoices for chargeable repairs
- Maintaining accurate repair records, tracking and data across ERP and internal systems
- Working closely with jewellers to coordinate daily workshop priorities
- Picking and invoicing sales orders
- Managing stock transfers between boutiques
- Completing quality control checks on incoming and outgoing jewellery and inventory
- Supporting broader administration and logistics requirements across the business
- Assisting the pearling and workshop teams when required
- Taking ownership of additional operational tasks as required
About You We’re looking for a jewellery industry professional who combines genuine product knowledge with strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous jewellery industry experience – essential
- Experience across pearls, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery repairs, or a related jewellery environment
- Ideally 1–2+ years’ experience in a coordination, administration, repairs, production or workshop-based role
- A strong understanding of jewellery products, quality and service requirements
- A keen eye for detail and quality, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence working across computer systems, including Excel, ERP, email and databases
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a small team
- A personable, skilled and approachable nature
- A genuine interest in continuing to develop your technical jewellery knowledge
High levels of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.
