Join Macquarie Asset Management's Client Solutions Group, in the Wealth Channel Marketing team. Our ANZ Wealth business spans a diverse and well-established product set - Listed Funds (ETFs) and Unlisted Funds (traditional/managed funds) - alongside a newer and fast-growing Alternatives offering (infrastructure, real assets, private credit). This role is central to building a regionally relevant, locally executed marketing program that serves all three product lines.

What role will you play?

You will lead our wealth marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand, acting as the senior marketing partner to the ANZ Wealth Distribution business and a key contributor to the global wealth marketing agenda. You will translate global priorities into a regionally tailored marketing strategy designing and executing integrated campaigns, product marketing initiatives and thought leadership programs that support client engagement, capital raising and business growth.
Working closely with Wealth Distribution leaders, Product Line Leads and global marketing teams, you will balance competing priorities across established and emerging product sets, tailor marketing approaches and channel strategies to meet the needs of diverse client segments, and deliver impactful regional activations, events, sponsorships and collateral. You will also partner with Corporate Marketing functions and external agencies to leverage shared capabilities, ensure alignment with global brand standards and accelerate content delivery, while leading and developing a team of three, managing budget and resourcing priorities,
and driving measurable marketing outcomes across the ANZ wealth business
What you offer

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 10+ years of experience in channel or product marketing roles within asset management, wealth management or financial services, with a strong track record operating at a senior level
- Deep knowledge of the ANZ wealth and asset management market, including platforms, adviser networks and distribution channels, ideally across a diverse product set, including listed funds/ETFs and unlisted/traditional managed funds; knowledge of alternatives products (infrastructure, real assets, private credit) highly regarded
- Experience prioritizing and resourcing across multiple product lines or stakeholder groups with competing agendas, including balancing an established, mature product set against a newer, high-growth one
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization, balancing regional priorities with global strategy
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
- Proven experience leading a team or mentoring junior team members and cross-functional project teams
