About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager. Responsible for managing the relationship between the workforce solutions provider and mining client, ensuring the effective delivery of MSP services and alignment with client workforce requirements. The role oversees governance, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives, while driving service excellence and maintaining robust relationships across key business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact between the client, MSP and internal delivery teams.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, hiring managers, procurement and HR.
Manage governance processes, including service reviews and performance reporting.
Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Monitor and report against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments.
Identify risks, issues and delivery gaps and coordinate appropriate resolution.
Manage client reporting, dashboards and workforce data.
Support workforce planning and demand forecasting.
Coordinate communication between recruitment, mobilisation, payroll and client stakeholders.
Support implementation of process improvements and new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with client policies, site requirements and relevant procedures.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
Support contract governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track action items arising from meetings and ensure accountability for delivery.
Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment and workforce data.
Support escalation management and resolution of complex service delivery issues.
Maintains the relationship with contracting and other project planning stakeholders.
Collaborates with the cost control, contracts and estimating groups to ensure that implications of changes are well articulated and understood.
Provides technical support to project stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
Experience in MSP, RPO, contingent workforce, recruitment operations or workforce management.
Experience working with a large mining, resources or industrial client.
Strong PMO, governance or project coordination experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong reporting and data analysis capability.
Comfortable dealing with senior executives and operational stakeholders.
Experience managing complex, high-volume or multi-disciplinary recruitment programs.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI would be highly regarded.
Understanding of contingent workforce models, recruitment processes and mobilisation.
