We are looking for someone who can combine practical business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills to help drive continuous improvement initiatives across Administration & Warehouse Franchisor and Franchisee functions. The role will provide broad exposure to business operations, systems implementation, process optimisation and franchisee engagement, while offering the opportunity to build deep expertise in project delivery and business improvement.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Administration & Warehouse, you will support and lead a range of business improvement initiatives that enhance systems, processes and operational effectiveness across our team and Franchisees.

You will be responsible for:





- Leading and supporting business improvement and operational change initiatives.

- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.

- Mapping current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Coordinating stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

- Monitoring implementation progress, risks, issues and actions.

- Supporting system deployments, process enhancements and operational improvements.

- Assisting with training, change management and adoption activities.

- Developing reporting, controls and governance processes that support operational effectiveness.

- Providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

- Working closely with franchisees, operational leaders and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver practical outcomes.

- Experience in business improvement, project delivery, business analysis or systems implementation.

- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.

- The ability to analyse information, identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence working independently while managing multiple priorities.

- Experience within retail, franchising, logistics, warehousing or other multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
