Ideal Candidate

- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- At least one year of relevant mental health nursing experience and demonstrated capability.
- Have completed a new graduate program in mental health, or; Internationally trained as a mental health nurse
- Demonstrate sound risk assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Practice within a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed framework
- Thrive in multidisciplinary environments
- Are motivated, resilient and committed to clinical excellence
