Your key responsibilities:

- Provide high quality advice and support to the customers in relation to category management, contracting and end to end supply of all medical and non-medical goods and services.
- Coordinate and provide support and guidance in relation to the preparation of documentation relating to System Procurement activities.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to promote the procurement governance function and ensure that clients are aware of leading practices, systems, tools, templates and training.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of leading practice procurement governance and contracting frameworks, services, systems, tools, templates training across Queensland Health.

- Knowledge of the fundamental principles, concepts, processes, and procedures related to end-to-end procurement, contracts management and strategic chain activities.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective business change.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Proven high level written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, to influence and to negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
