We support strong governance and regulatory oversight to help deliver positive outcomes for superannuation members and the sound management of business operations.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the independent trustee Board and management team in meeting their legal and regulatory obligations while promoting the best financial interests of superannuation members. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, lead Board engagement activities, and provide governance and regulatory guidance that influences strategic decision-making across the business. You will have the opportunity to ensure the voice of the Board and superannuation members is reflected in key business decisions.

What you offer

- 10+ years' of experience in governance, superannuation, legal, risk, compliance, or a related area.
- University qualifications in Law, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and strategic business outcomes.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with Boards and senior management.
- Sound knowledge of the superannuation regulatory setting and governance frameworks.
