The role in a line: Be the face and the engine of a new brand launching later this year! Out in public making things people stop and watch.

What you'll own

- Building the brand's social presence from nothing. Voice, look, pace, across Instagram and TikTok.
- Being the one on camera. In public, in store, talking to strangers. This is most weeks.
- Brand activations end to end. Coming up with them, running the day, hosting them, and turning them into content.
- Guerrilla-style marketing. Stunts and ideas that haven't been done by a pet brand here before.
- Social and ad creative. Concepts, scripts, filming, editing, across both organic and paid.




- The logistics around all of it. Briefs, shoot days, scheduling, and working alongside our content creator who's second on the brand.

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years' experience. Full-time, Melbourne-based.
- Have built a brand​ or grown a social account. Your own or someone else's.
- Genuinely loves being on camera and being out in public.
- Experience with brand activations. ​You have run days on the ground, not just planned them on paper.
- A tap of creative ideas. ​Research, plan, and think creatively about concepts. We want a couple a month that make us slightly nervous.
- Quick. Can film, cut and post the same day when something's worth reacting to.
- Can juggle multiple things at once without dropping any of them.
