If you enjoy being busy, working with different teams and knowing that your work directly contributes to keeping operations moving, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to one of our advanced manufacturing programs.
- Maintain accurate production records, databases and manufacturing documentation.
- Prepare documentation for dispatch, freight and customer deliveries.
- Support inventory management, including stock takes, reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist Procurement with purchasing activities, inventory records and stock movements.
- Accurately process information across ERP and business systems.
- Generate reports and assist with tracking production, inventory and concession data.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic and hard-copy records.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing and record management.
- Provide reception and visitor support when required.
- Assist with internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to a safe, compliant and collaborative workplace.
What You'll Bring
- We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, detail-focused and enjoys working as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience within a manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, logistics or production environment.
- Experience with inventory, stock control, procurement or warehouse administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using an ERP, MRP or inventory management system.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple teams.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- A practical, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- An interest in finding smarter and more efficient ways of working
