JOB SUMMARY:

BlueFit is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team. This busy and dynamic facility is home to a highly motivated and skilled aquatic operations team, which is looking to expand.

Our Duty Managers are fundamental to the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests. To be successful in this role applicants should demonstrate:

- Prior experience in lifeguarding, pool operations and customer service Excellent time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively and lead from the front
- You should also be available for a variety of shifts including weekend, early morning and late evening shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
