Conveyancing Paralegal
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedConveyancing Paralegalto join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic qualified who is passionate about property law and looking to further develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork
Conduct property searches, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, agents, and third parties
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Provide high-quality client care and manage communications promptly and professionally
Requirements
Previous experience in conveyancing (minimum 1–2 years in a similar role preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace




Solid communication and client service skills
Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
